AB Klaipedos Nafta (KN) has announced that, in October 2018, it reloaded 504 000 t of petroleum products in its Klaipeda and Subacius oil terminal, a 7% increase on October 2017.
During the first 10 months of 2018, the company reloaded 5.534 million t of petroleum products into its storage tanks, a 2.9% decrease compared to the same period in 2017, when 5.697 million t were reloaded. The overall decrease in loading volumes for the 10 months was mainly affected by the lower volume of light oil products from ORLEN Lietuva refinery.
In October 2018 the company’s LNG terminals re-gasified and reloaded 709 000 MWh of natural gas; in the same period in 2017, this figure was 993 000 MWh. During the first 10 months of 2018, the company re-gasified and reloaded 7.811 million MWh of natural gas, compared to 11.66 million MWh in 2017.
