Hanseatic Energy Hub has started the non-binding phase of its open season and will offer capacities in the LNG terminal in Stade, Germany, from 2026.
After the successful start, in which nine letters of intent (LOIs) were signed with global market participants, Hanseatic Energy Hub has announced that the market interest in its zero-emission terminal has increased further.
Danielle Stoves, Commercial and Regulatory Director at Hanseatic Energy Hub, said: “We worked closely with market participants in the preparation of our open season and would now like to get in touch with anyone interested in our LNG terminal. During the non-binding phase, we collect feedback on our offer to ensure that the binding phase of the open season meets the requirements of potential customers.”
Urban Stojan, Partner and Project Manager at Hanseatic Energy Hub, said: “The start of the non-binding phase of the open season is an important step towards securing binding contracts and realising the LNG terminal in Stade. We look forward to contributing to the security and diversification of the German energy supply and to developing and offering future energy solutions together with our customers.”
