CyberFuels' Gateway Terminal to deliver green hydrogen

CyberFuels has signed an LOI with an energy company that has a patented process for producing green hydrogen. The LOI calls for the prototype of the commercial units to be placed at the new CyberFuels Gateway Terminal in Florida, US.

 

Vitol Bunkers extends its bunkering services

From July 2022, Vitol Bunkers has extended its bunkering services to Jebel Ali (the largest container port in the Middle East) and to Port Rashid Cruise Terminal, Dubai, UAE.

Fire causes shutdown of Freeport LNG export terminal

A fire at Freeport LNG‘s natural gas liquefaction plant in South Texas, US, has led to the full shutdown of the facility. The shutdown will reduce total US LNG export capacity by approximately 2 billion ft3/d.

 
 
 

Freeport LNG provides update on incident at its liquefaction site

On 8 June 2022, an incident occurred at the Freeport LNG liquefaction plant on Quintana Island, Texas, US, that resulted in the release of LNG, leading to the formation and ignition of a natural gas vapour cloud, and subsequent fire.
