CTS secures terminal contract

CTS has been awarded a major contract for CTS1W-20IT innovative tank seal combinations and Drainmaster equipped drain lines for six new 92 m dia. external floating roof tanks to be built at a new Nigerian Crude oil export terminal.
This has been contracted for a subsidiary of state-owned NNPC and to Nigerian upstream operator Belemaoil Producing, with the terminal due to be operational in 18 – 24 months. NNPC Exploration and Production (NEPL) will establish the 2.2 million bbl Utapate terminal, and CTS is proud to be contributing to this landmark project to be realised in the next 18 months.
CTS has stated: “We are positive our seals and drain line components will contribute to decades of safe operations with a minimum of emissions.”
