Omega Partners completes acquisition of Joliet terminal

Oiltanking North America LLC has announced that Omega Partners has completed the acquisition of the Joliet terminal in Channahon, Illinois, US.

The acquisition was first announced on 10 June 2020 and, following completion of customary prepatory steps, the transaction was completed with effect from 31 July 2020.

HES Botlek Tank Terminal expands biofuels capacity

HES Botlek Tank Terminal (HBTT) has agreed on a new long-term agreement with one of its key customers, resulting in 65% of its storage capacity being dedicated to biofuels as of 1 January 2026.
