Omega Partners completes acquisition of Joliet terminal

Oiltanking North America LLC has announced that Omega Partners has completed the acquisition of the Joliet terminal in Channahon, Illinois, US.

The acquisition was first announced on 10 June 2020 and, following completion of customary prepatory steps, the transaction was completed with effect from 31 July 2020.

CB&I secures contract for Commonwealth LNG facility

CB&I has received a contract award and full notice to proceed from Technip Energies on behalf of Caturus for five full containment concrete LNG storage tanks for the Commonwealth LNG project, Louisiana, US.
