MOL completes acquisition of LBC Tank Terminals

LBC Tank Terminals has announced that Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd (MOL) has officially become the 100% shareholder of LBC, following the completion of the acquisition on 30 June 2025.

Deutsche Energy Terminal GmbH (DET) has marketed its regasification capacities at the Wilhelmshaven 1 terminal for 2026 and at the Wilhelmshaven 2 terminal for both 2025 and 2026, in Germany.
