Silea buys Avery Hardoll brand from Liquid Controls LLC

Silea Liquid Transfer (Silea) has signed an agreement for the purchase of the Avery Hardoll brand from Liquid Controls LLC (IDEX Group). The company aims to broaden its business horizons by implementing a new product range with Avery Hardoll volumetric meters, whilst creating a new partnership with Liquid Controls LLC regarding the electronic parts of the meters.
Silea CEO, Luca Bozzi, said: “We are honoured to have the opportunity to welcome, within Silea, Avery-Hardoll, one of the most respected meter brands in the world. It is also a great responsibility to ensure its continued success, and we look forward to connecting with Avery-Hardoll customers, ensuring the excellence that has always distinguished this brand.”
