On behalf of a longstanding client, ProSep has received confirmation of receipt for two of its Annular Injection Mixers (AIM) to support an LNG facility in South Texas, US.

The facility is responsible for exporting LNG to several domestic and international markets, with the use of ProSep’s AIM technology helping to achieve efficient mixing of LPG into the natural gas feed to the plant.

Custom-engineered to fit the specific process parameters required by the client, each AIM mixer provides optimised liquid droplet formation and dispersion, ensuring complete and rapid vaporisation.

This order follows previous deliveries to the same facility. The previous order, delivered in mid-2024, is currently on-site waiting for installation into the facilities’ process unit piping and is scheduled for commissioning in 2027.

Once placed in operation, the AIM units will serve as critical elements of the heavy hydrocarbon removal system to protect the liquefaction circuit from hydrate formation.

Delivery of the newest AIM units is due by the end of the year.
